Jess and Alana, two best friends from Marseille, talk about their lives as fancy girls, every day at the same table in the same café. Each episode will be a snapshot of their lives, often very funny, but also sometimes rebellious, awkward or touching. In their conversations, the two girls mix personal issues such as their sexuality, family relationships, studies... with deep societal questions such as feminism, social class, the post-Covid world or environmental degradation. Over the course of the season, their lives will evolve through a soap opera thread, one dealing with sentimental torment and the other pursuing a quest for social elevation: she wants to become an actress.
