Who can register

Cartoon Springboard is an event dedicated to young talents in animation.

You can register to Cartoon Springboard if you are:

• a Euro­pean* young talent in animation, and your project has been select­ed at Car­toon Springboard
• a young talent in animation with­out any select­ed project (you will be con­sid­ered as ​“observ­er”)
• an animation professional (producer, distributor, broadcaster...)

*A few non-european countries are allowed to join. Check the list here
