Each session is supervised by a moderator. They make sure that the keynotes & panels run smoothly.
In order to help producers present their projects, CARTOON assigns each of them a neutral, experienced animation consultant called a chairperson.

Nuria González Blanco is a writer, director and an Academy Awards nominee producer with over fifteen years of experience in the animation industry. She studied Animation at Edinburgh College of Art and has worked across a variety of projects, including the TV show “Puffin Rock”; the feature film “The Breadwinner”; the short films “Violet”, “Late Afternoon” and “Azul: La última semilla”; and the Kidscreen 2025 Best New Preeschool Series “Silly Sundays”, a project she created and directed.

After studying film in the UK, Milo branched out into the amazing world of animation. With a strong focus on collaboration, he helps companies and artists like, Kalio Stories, PLASTIEK, and Disney’s Donald Duck Weekblad, shape their ideas into compelling stories. He works as a Recruiter at Submarine, finding artists for 2D and 3D projects alike. As story coach he frequently works with schools and organisations such as WeArePlaygrounds and St. Joost.

Reka Kaloczy

Reka is a Hungarian-born, Munich-based strategic advisor and creative development producer with 35+ years of international experience across animation, VFX, games and cross-media projects. She has worked in creative, technical, recruitment, production and top management roles through major industry and technology shifts, from traditional 2D animation and digital pipelines to high-end CG and AI. An expert for Creative Europe, she is active as a mentor (including WIA), Women in Games ambassador, panelist, moderator and community builder, and actively participates in industry dialogue, fostering collaboration across creative industries, innovation, international exchange and talent development.

Corinne Kouper

Corinne Kouper discovered a passion for animation in 1994 whilst working on the set of Michel Jaffrennou’s “Pierre et le Loup”, after 13 years spent working in various roles in the film and advertising industries. As a co-founder of TeamTO in 2005, she regained her independence in early 2025, following RIVA Films’ acquisition of the company. At TeamTO, she loved enjoyed overseeing the development, production and financing of a wide range of projects, all of which were driven by talented and passionate artists.
