In case of cancellation
For cancellations made in writing after 4 March 2024, participants will remain liable for the payment of the registration fee and the hotel costs, according to our cancellation policy with the hotel.
For late cancellations of a hotel room, participants can remain liable for the payment of the hotel penalties, depending on the policy of the hotel.
Please refer to your flight booking form for the conditions applied to your air tickets.
In case of change
Before 4 March 2024, changes must be communicated in writing to CARTOON.
After 4 March 2024, changes must be notified in writing to CARTOON and there will be additional administrative expenses of 25 EUR.
All changes in the hotel reservation made after 15 March might be invoiced to the participants invited by Cartoon. If you are departing earlier or arriving later than what was previously agreed, please let us know before this date.
