In case of cancellation
For cancellations requested after 6 February 2026, participants will remain liable for the payment of accreditation and hotel fees.
In case of change
For all changes requested after registration, an additional administrative cost of 25 EUR will be due, on top of any price difference if applicable.
For invited participants: please note that cancellation or changes to the hotel booking requested after 6 February 2026 might be invoiced to you. If you are departing earlier of arriving later than what was previously agreed, please let us know before this date.
When registering for Cartoon Movie, the participants acknowledge and undertake to respect all regulations stipulated above.
