In case of cancellation
- For cancellations made in writing after 9 February 2024, participants will remain liable for payment of the participation, subscription fees and hotel costs.
- If an air ticket has been issued, it cannot be changed or reimbursed.
In case of change
For changes made after 9 February 2024, there will be additional administrative expenses of 25 EUR.
All changes in the hotel reservation made after 19 February might be invoiced to the participants invited by Cartoon. If you are departing earlier of arriving later than what was previously agreed, please let us know before this date.
ALL CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN WRITING TO movie@cartoon-media.eu
When registering for Cartoon Movie, the participants acknowledge and undertake to respect all regulations stipulated above.
