You can register to Cartoon Movie if you are:
- a European* producer, and your project has been selected at Cartoon Movie
- a producer without any selected project (you will be considered as “observer”) from any part of the world.
- an investor, sales agent, distributor, broadcaster, new media representative, gaming company, animation studio, author, director, composer, etc.
*Some non-EU countries are allowed to participate. Check the list here
