The CNC participates in the development of the animation industry through several support systems. These aim to:
- reinforce French creativity by providing support for scriptwriting and development for audiovisual and film projects;
- support French animation producers through selective and automatic funding systems for TV series, short films and features;
- contribute to the promotion of French animation in the international market through promotion and distribution fund systems.
