ALCA (Agence Livre, Cinéma et Audiovisuel de la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine) supports image and writing professionals throughout their projects, from creation to distribution. Based in Angoulême, Bordeaux, Limoges and Poitiers, it acts as an interface between regional cultural strategies and film and audiovisual professionals. The agency supports works, their creators and production companies, and encourages the emergence of cultural diversity. ALCA promotes the balanced development of the cultural industries in New Aquitaine, while promoting its players on a national and international scale.
