Luc is an 8-year-old boy with a desperate desire to keep a pet. There is one problem: in Luc's house, the family rule is no pets! Nevertheless, this banning certainly doesn't dampen Luc's spirits. On the contrary, it just means he has to look beyond the normal range of animals usually considered pet-worthy. Therefore, Luc grows a real passion and sense of care for small fauna, whether it's a caterpillar or a stag beetle. The important thing is that nobody notices the presence of Luc's protégés. For a brief period, Luc and his little creature become inseparable, and Luc protects his new friend everywhere! But eventually each small animal returns to its natural environment.
