Your Trailer

Participants on site meet in the restaurant for breakfast ("Croissant Show") and after lunch ("Coffee Show") to watch in a row on a giant screen the trailers of the projects to be presented that morning or afternoon.

Projects’ trailers will also be displayed in Cartoon’s mobile app.

Technical specifications for your trailer

  • Projects in concept: 30 to 45 seconds (maximum)
  • Projects in development: 30 seconds to 1 minute (maximum)
  • Films in production: 1 minute (maximum)
  • Films in sneak preview: 1 minute (maximum)

An attractive and catchy presentation of your project, showing its «essence» (a teaser or a nice extract of the pilot film – if it exists / short scenes representative of the film). This trailer will be screened during the Croissant & Coffee Shows in front of all participants!

No logo or company name

Please, do not add any logo, company name or credits at the beginning or the end of your trailer.

Your trailer will be edited with the other trailers for the Croissant & Coffee Shows screening and Cartoon will add the project title, company name and presentation room in the same way for all the projects.

A few reminders

  • The quality of your trailer is very important
    - it is useful to stand out from the other projects
    - it will help to attract a maximum of participants to your presentation
TIP: don't try to show too much of the story, sometimes one simple gag is more efficient than too many images.
  • It is essential to meet the deadline: trailers that have not reached Cartoon by 8 February 2024 will not be presented during the Croissant & Coffee Shows, and these projects will inevitably be disadvantaged.

IMPORTANT: Please edit the end of your trailer with a clean sound and image cut / fade out.

Important - Sharing authorization

In your checklist, you will be asked to fill in a form to give or not your authorization to Cartoon to share your trailer for external purposes. If you give your agreement, your trailer will be available in compilation for the press and on our website.
