Cartoon is happy to welcome you to Bordeaux! We can help you with your hotel booking, check our hotel list. Your flight reservation and payment have to be made by yourself.

Booking through CARTOON

If you want Cartoon to handle your hotel reservation, choose your hotel from the list below and mention your order of preference on the registration form.

• We have booked most of the hotels very close to the Palais des Congrès at Bordeaux-Lac (walking distance, 1 to 5 minutes).
• The Palais des Congrès de Bordeaux is at 15 minutes by tram from the historic city centre (faster than by car).
• In all hotels, prices include breakfast and city taxes but exclude VAT.

Payment

The hotel invoice will be sent to you by Cartoon as soon as we’ve received your approval on our suggestion.

Health security measures

In order to assure the safety and well being of the guests during their stay, the hotels we work with in Bordeaux have intensified hygiene practices and introduced prevention measures like contactless check-in, hand sanitiser available in key points, a strengthened room cleaning protocol and social distancing enforced in common areas. When a buffet is not possible, breakfast might be served individually at the table or as room service.
