Booking through CARTOON

If you would like CARTOON to handle your hotel reservation, please choose your preferred hotel from the list below and indicate your order of preference on the registration form.

• We have secured reservations at most hotels within a short walking distance close (1 to 5 minutes) from the Palais des Congrès at Bordeaux-Lac.
• The Palais des Congrès de Bordeaux is just a 15-minute tram ride from the historic city centre, which is faster than traveling by car.
• At all hotels, prices include breakfast and city taxes but exclude VAT.

Payment

The hotel invoice will be sent to you by CARTOON upon receipt of your approval on our booking. You can check here all information about changes and cancellations.

Health security measures

In order to assure the safety and well being of the guests during their stay, the hotels we work with in Bordeaux have intensified hygiene practices and introduced prevention measures like contactless check-in, hand sanitiser available in key points, a strengthened room cleaning protocol and social distancing enforced in common areas. When a buffet is not possible, breakfast might be served individually at the table or as room service.
