ALL CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN WRITING TO forum@cartoon-media.eu.
In case of cancellation
For cancellations requested after 20 August 2026, participants will remain liable for payment of the administration costs, accreditation and hotel fees.
In case of change
For all changes requested after registration, an additional administrative cost of 25 EUR will be due, on top of any price difference if applicable.
For invited participants: please not that cancellation or changes to the hotel booking requested after 20 August 2026 might be invoiced to you. If you are departing earlier of arriving later than what was previously agreed, please let us know before this date.
When registering for Cartoon Forum, the participants acknowledge and undertake to respect all regulations stipulated above.
