In case of cancellation
- For cancellations made in writing after 22 August 2023, participants will remain liable for payment of the participation, administration fees and hotel costs.
- If an air ticket has been issued, it cannot be changed or reimbursed.
In case of change
For changes made after 22 August 2023, there will be additional administrative expenses of 25 EUR.
All changes in the hotel reservation made after 1 September might be invoiced to the participants invited by Cartoon. If you are departing earlier of arriving later than what was previously agreed, please let us know before this date.
ALL CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN WRITING TO forum@cartoon-media.eu
When registering for Cartoon Forum, the participants acknowledge and undertake to respect all regulations stipulated above.
