The registration price is 1000 EUR per person (excl. VAT, incl. registration fees of Cartoon Forum and administration costs).
EU companies can recover the VAT charges (if they are liable for VAT).
THE REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE
1/ For all participants
- Full accreditation to Cartoon Forum (14-17 September)
- Access to the mobile app (login required) displaying all information regarding the projects, the registered companies and participants
- Printed agenda with the detailed schedule of the pitching sessions – that you can also use as a notebook
- Interpreting services during the pitching sessions
- Working Space (with WiFi & plugs but no computer and printer)
- Following meals:
- 3 breakfasts during the Croissant Shows
- 3 lunches
- 2 dinners
2/ For producers presenting a project
- Presentation of your project in front of all potential partners and buyers
- Screening of your trailer during the Croissant & Coffee Shows in front of all participants
- The benefit of a consultant's expertise (Chairperson)
- Audiovisual equipment
- Presentation of your project in the mobile app (including your trailer)
- Feedback forms available for buyers and producers in the mobile app
- List of presence sent to the producer after the pitching session
- Extra Time Corner – a special area set up just outside each studio to continue discussions initiated during the pitching session
- Displaying of your projects' visual in the Digital Exhibition
PAYMENT OF THE FEES
Payment must be made in 2 instalments:
- Immediately pay a deposit of 300€ excl. VAT to confirm your registration.
- Subsequently, pay the balance of your accreditation fees upon receipt of the second invoice.
- Invoices for the paid deposit and for the balance of the accreditation fees will be sent within 5 days after you register.
PAYMENT OF THE ACCOMMODATION COSTS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Accommodation costs (if applicable) will be invoiced to you as soon as we receive your approval on our proposals
