NOTE FROM THE SELECTION COMMITTEE
In the interest of greater transparency, the members of the external Selection Committee shared a few key considerations that guided this year's selection process. Given a high amount of submissions, the Committee made the decision to prioritise the emergence of new IPs. This decision reflects a strong commitment to supporting original creations, especially given the current economic challenges facing the industry.
A notable increase in pre-school project submissions also influenced the final selection, affecting the overall balance across different target audiences. The Committee deeply appreciated the creativity and dedication of all applicants and looks forward to contributing to the continued vibrancy of the European creative sector.
