“Aquila” is an animated sitcom following our heroes, in a hilarious medieval world which looks a bit like the 21st Century, and a bit COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Aquila replies to an advert for an exciting career opportunity at the Palace: to work for the unpredictable minor royal, Princess Winifred. As Winifred’s personal YeMail assistant - the medieval version of email — Aquila travels the city reading scrolls from Winifred and acting out emojis in real life. Aquila and her younger brother Dunstan live with aunt Agnes, a nearly genius inventor. Together they are all moving up in the world, to the 57th floor of a high-rise thatched cottage in the heart of bustling metropolis: Olde New Olde London.
