Accred­i­ta­tion fees

Fee: 400 EUR (+ taxes)

Your fee includes:

• 2 lunch­es
• Cof­fee breaks
• Wel­come Din­ner and Farewell Cocktail
• Access to One-to-One Meetings, Business Clinic and Social Events
• Access to the mobile app with all information (programme, participants contact details, etc.)
• Pro­fes­sion­al mem­ber­ship and admin­is­tra­tion costs

Your fee doesn’t include:

• Accommodation and transport
• Transfer from and to the airport
• Any additional meals and beverages
• Any extra services from your hotel (phone calls, mini bar, bars…)

If you are a citizen of one of the following countries (Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Republic of Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia and Ukraine), you may benefit from a scholarship in order to participate in Cartoon Business.

If you wish to apply for a scholarship for Cartoon Business, please send your completed Scholarship form, your motivation letter and your CV to louis.vincent-genod@cartoon-media.eu by 31 July 2026.

If you need to withdraw your scholarship application, notify in writing by email to louis.vincent-genod@cartoon-media.eu in writing at the latest by the end of September 2026.

Attention: Scholarship candidates requiring a Schengen VISA must inform CARTOON of their VISA approval by the end of September 2026. Any changes after this date will result in room cancellations and administration fees.
