For all par­tic­i­pants: 400 EUR* (excl. VAT, incl. reg­is­tra­tion fees of Car­toonNext and admin­is­tra­tion costs)

EU com­pa­nies can recov­er the VAT charges (if they are liable for VAT).

1/ FOR PAR­TIC­I­PANTS WITH­OUT A PROJECT TO PITCH

Register as a participant and have the privilege of hearing both pitching sessions on multiplatform projects and the instant guidance given by our panel of digital experts.

Fee: 400 EUR (+ taxes)

Your fee includes:

  • Three lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • A dinner: the Welcome Dinner
  • A cocktail: the Farewell Cocktail
  • Professional membership and administration costs

Your fee doesn’t include:

  • Accommodation and transport
  • Any additional meals and beverages
  • Any extra services from your hotel (phone calls, mini bar, bars…)
2/ FOR PAR­TIC­I­PANTS PITCH­ING A PROJECT

Fee: 500 EUR (+ taxes)
Note that after 17 February, no withdrawal of project is possible without a fee.

Please do not forget to submit your project online by 27 January.

Your fee includes:

  • Three lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • A dinner: the Welcome Dinner
  • A cocktail: the Farewell Cocktail
  • The benefit of a consultant’s expertise
  • Professional membership and administration costs

Your fee doesn’t include:

  • Accommodation and transport
  • Any additional meals and beverages
  • Any extra from your hotel (phone calls, mini bar, bars…)
3/ SCHOL­AR­SHIP

If you are a citizen of one of the following MEDIA countries, you may benefit from a scholarship in order to participate at CartoonNext: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.

You can apply for scholarship to attend CartoonNext until 27 January 2027.

> Producers from these countries who want to pitch a project are also eligible for the scholarship.

  • If you are interested in attending with a project: please send your CV and application form to laura.jarka@cartoon-media.eu by 27 January. The deadline to submit your project online is 27 January.
  • If you are interested in attending without pitching a project: please send your application form and your CV + motivation letter to laura.jarka@cartoon-media.eu.
