- 17 December 2026 – Your contact(s) on site & Participants’ registration
- 8 January 2027 – Deadline for project withdrawal
- Mid-January 2027 – Your chairperson
- 4 February 2027 – Your technical form
- 4 February 2027 – Your trailer
- Mid-February 2027 – Your pitching session and technical meeting
- Mid-February 2027 – Your rehearsal date (only for new comers)
