Registration
Individual registration to Cartoon Movie is obligatory. Download the registration form (in the column on your right) and fax it to CARTOON as soon as possible.
The following animation professionals can register for Cartoon Movie:
- European producers whose project has been accepted by the Cartoon Movie Selection Committee
- European producers without accepted project (considered as “observers”)
- investors, sales agents, distributors, broadcasters, new media representatives, gaming companies, animation studios, authors, directors…
There is a special rate for:
- producers from one of the new EU member states
- professionals from the Rhône-Alpes Region
The participation and subscription fees include the following:
- an accreditation badge
- the presence of your company and its representatives in the Cartoon Movie catalogue
- a personal labelled pigeonhole
- a press centre
- an Internet Café
- use of audiovisual equipment
- interpreting services during the pitching sessions
- your hotel and flight reservation (reservation only)
- shuttle buses services
For producers with a selected project
- presentation of your trailer during the Croissant & Coffee Shows in front of all participants
- presentation of your project in front of all the potential buyers interested in your project
- presentation of your project in the catalogue
- the benefit of a consultant’s expertise who will act as a chairperson during your pitching session
As well as the following meals:
- Welcome Dinner on Wednesday
- Farewell Dinner on Friday
- 2 lunches (Thursday and Friday)
- 2 breakfasts served during the Croissant Shows and 2 Coffee Shows
Accommodation and flight have to be paid extra. The amount depends on your choice of hotel and on your city of origin.
Badge:
Do not lose or forget your badge. If you do, you will have to pay CARTOON 50 EUR for the re-issuing of a duplicate of your badge (reimbursed if you find your badge back).
Payment
Payment must be made in two installments:
- Participation and subscription fees must be paid upon receipt of the invoice
- Payment for travel and the hotel must be made upon receipt of the invoices and not later than 1 February 2010.
You can use two means of payment
- Credit card: Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard
- Bank transfer
Regulation
In case of change:
- Before 1 February 2010,
changes must be communicated in writing to CARTOON.
- After 1 February 2010,
changes must be notified in writing to CARTOON and there will be additional administrative expenses of 25 EUR.

In case of cancellation
- For cancellations made in writing before 1 February 2010, participants won’t be refunded the sum of 250 EUR.
- For cancellations made in writing after 1 February 2010, participants will remain liable for payment of the participation and subscription fee and the hotel costs.

ALL CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN WRITING
When registering for Cartoon Movie, the participants acknowledge and undertake to respect all regulations stipulated above.
