Cartoon Finance 2012 is fully booked.

Registration cost

Your fee includes:

• 2 lunches (on 13 and 14 November)
• 4 coffee breaks
• 2 dinners: the Welcome Dinner and the Farewell Dinner
• Simultaneous translation into French and English
• A Master bag including the Master’s agenda, tourist information…
• Professional membership and administration costs
• Booking of your flight and/or hotel (booking only)

Your fee doesn’t include:

• Accommodation and transport
• Transfer from and to Dublin airport
• Any additional meals and beverages
• Any extra from your hotel (phone calls, mini bar, bars…)

Registration for Irish companies only

Cartoon is pleased to offer a special discount for Irish companies: registration fees are only 350 EUR.

This fee includes all meals planned in the programme (see previous paragraph), the conference Master bag, professional membership and administration costs as well as the booking of your flight and/or hotel (booking only).

Irish participants are invited to return to us by email this appropriate form.

 

Scholarship

If you are a citizen of one of the following countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia), you may benefit from a scholarship in order to participate in the Cartoon Master. Check here for details.

You can send your application until 12 October 2012.

 

Changes

Before 29 October 2012, changes must be communicated in writing to CARTOON.



After 29 October 2012, changes must be notified in writing to CARTOON and there will be additional administrative expenses of 25 EUR.

 

Cancellation

For cancellations made in writing after 29 October 2012, participants will remain liable for the payment of the registration fee (500€) and the hotel costs, according to our cancellation policy with the hotel.
