After her studies in Technical Engineering, which led her to start her professional career as a technician in the marine sector, she continued her training by specialising in company management with activities related to communication, culture and plastic arts.

In the audiovisual sector she is a member of AEPA's Board (Producers' Spanish Association of Animation), member of the Academy of the Arts and the Cinematographic Sciences of Spain, and Academia Audiovisual Galega.

She is present on international specific markets of animation like Cartoon Movie, Cartoon Forum, Mipcom, Cinanima,… and more important festivals like Clermont-Ferrand, Annecy, Animadrid, Angoulême, Sitges, Animamundi, Future Film Festival, Stuttgart…, taking part as referee in forums and seminars of the sector –University of A Coruña, University of Sevilla, Mº Cultura Brazil, etc).  

As executive producer she worked with Lúa Films production company until 2004, where she was invited to take part in Continental Producciones in order to manage the new Continental Animacióndivision. In 2008 she founded Abano Producións.
