María Ferreras holds a master degree in Telecom Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Madrid and she holds a Postgrade in Marketing by ESIC. She was Head of Content for Lycos Europe, in charge of the acquisition and negotiation of the content for Spain and a responsible of the marketing division for Mobile services for Europe.
 
In her professional career, she has always been linked to new services on the Internet, working for France Telecom and Telecom Italia.
