Marc Buhaj was appointed Senior Vice President of Original Programming for Disney Channels EMEA in April 2009. In this role Marc is responsible for all aspects of original animation on Disney Channel and Disney XD from development to current series and production.
 
Prior to this Marc was SVP of Programming for Jetix Europe between 2007 and April 2009 where he oversaw all content.
Marc previously held a VP of Programming and Scheduling position at Cartoon Network and Boomerang in the US. He directed all areas of programming and was part of the core team driving Cartoon Network’s multiplatform initiatives. Marc was also Executive in Charge of Production for Cartoon Network Japan Productions.

He has also worked as Executive Director of Programming and Acquisitions for Turner Entertainment Networks Asia (TENA) in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Turner Broadcasting’s Sydney office in March 2001, Marc worked for the Seven Network in Australia.
