Registration

Please download the registration form from the right-side column. Deadline to register the event is 7 June 2013.

Registration cost

500 EUR per person.

Your fee includes:

  • 3 lunches (on 25 – 26 and 27 June)
  • 5 coffee breaks
  • 2 dinners: the Welcome Dinner and the Farewell Dinner
  • Simultaneous translation into French and English
  • A Master bag including the Master’s agenda…
  • Professional membership and administration costs
  • Booking of your flight and/or hotel (booking only)


Your fee doesn’t include:

  • Accommodation and transport
  • Transfer from and to Munich airport
  • Any additional meals and beverages
  • Any extra from your hotel (phone calls, mini bar, bars…)

Scholarship

If you are a citizen of one of the following countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia), you may benefit from a scholarship in order to participate in the Cartoon Master. Check here for details.

VAT refunds

Under German tax law, we have to charge VAT on invoices related to supply of services, as follows: 19 % on participation fees and accommodation costs.

Any participant who is VAT registered can reclaim the recoverable VAT.

Since 1st January 2010, new procedures for VAT refund claims have been introduced in the European Union.

Refund applications for the VAT incurred in a Member State by a taxable person established and VAT registered in another Member State will have to be submitted via the online portal hosted by the VAT administration of the country of establishment (i.e. your country), and no longer to the Member State where the VAT has been incurred (i.e. Germany).

Changes

Before 17 June 2013, changes must be communicated in writing to CARTOON.



After 17 June 2013, changes must be notified in writing to CARTOON and there will be additional administrative expenses of 25 EUR.

ALL CHANGES MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN WRITING.

Cancellation

For cancellations made in writing after 17 June 2013, participants will remain liable for the payment of the registration fee (500€) and the hotel costs, according to our cancellation policy with the hotel.
