9:30 - 10:15 The importance of social networks and digital platforms for animation
Transmedia producer, Jenny Inchbald, will talk about how animation can take advantage of the new digital technologies to drive audience to content on both traditional and new platforms. She will look in particular into the convergence of digital culture and technology; the evolving relationship between audience and platforms; and how to understand what new technologies to engage with, in terms of interactivity and storytelling. Close attention will be given to finance and revenues when creating and applying cross-platform / transmedia strategies.

Pubcaster RTVE has developed the most visited portal for youth audiovisual content in Spain.
