In Munich (Germany) - Hotel Le Méridien ****
The conference will be held in the room “Elysée” located on the ground floor of the hotel.
Lunches will be taken in its very cosy restaurant “Le Potager” and coffee breaks next to the conference room.
Transport and accommodation
- CARTOON will be pleased to organise both your travel arrangements and hotel bookings. As soon as you are registered, CARTOON will send you by email your travel (schedules and prices) and accommodation proposals. You will then be invoiced.
- You can also decide to make your own arrangements for transportation or hotel. In this case, we would be grateful if you could send us your trip schedule/hotel name as soon as it is booked.
In both cases, CARTOON will not organise your transportation from Munich Airport to your hotel in Munich. More information about transfers.
Number of participants
Around 80 professionals. If there is an overdemand, we observe a “first come, first served” policy.
